Emergency Locksmith & Burglary Repair
Locked out, broken in, or a lock that has failed. We attend 24 hours a day, open doors without damage wherever possible, and make your property secure before we leave.
No call-out charge. Send a photo of the lock and we’ll quote before we set off.
What this covers

- Emergency boarding-up
- Locks that have jammed or seized

Not sure whether your job fits? Ring and describe it. We’ll tell you honestly, including when it’s something you don’t need a locksmith for at all.
Where we cover
Our own locksmiths work across 6 boroughs: Southwark, Lambeth, Lewisham, Greenwich, City of London and Westminster. Outside that we arrange a vetted locksmith from our network and stay responsible for the job.
See every postcode we coverQuestions we get asked
- Will you have to break my door to get me in?
- Almost never. The large majority of lockouts are opened non-destructively, by picking or manipulating the lock, and you keep the same door and usually the same lock. A few locks genuinely cannot be opened that way — some high-security cylinders are designed to resist exactly what we do. If yours is one of them we tell you before we start, explain what will need replacing, and include it in the price you approve.
- How quickly can you get to me?
- Across our own patch in South East London and the City, usually within about half an hour depending on traffic and whether we are already on a job. We tell you a realistic time on the phone rather than an optimistic one. If we cannot get to you quickly we say so and arrange a vetted locksmith from our network instead of leaving you waiting.
- I have lost my keys completely. Is my home still secure?
- If your keys are lost with anything identifying your address, treat the locks as compromised and change them. We can open the door and change the lock in the same visit, so you are secure again that day rather than waiting for an appointment.
- Do I have to prove I live there?
- Yes, and you should want us to. We will ask you to show you are entitled to be there and to have the locks changed. Any locksmith who does not ask is one who would also open your door for somebody else.
- Do you charge a call-out fee?
- No, at any hour. Send us a photo of the lock on WhatsApp or by text and we will quote before we set off — asking costs nothing. When we arrive we confirm the price before starting, and if you decide not to go ahead at that point, a minimum labour charge applies, based on how far we travelled to you.
Other things we do

Locks & upgrades
New locks fitted, old locks replaced, and security brought up to the standard your insurer actually requires — including British Standard BS3621 and anti-snap cylinders.

UPVC & composite doors
Multipoint mechanisms, handles, hinges and alignment. Most UPVC doors that have stopped locking can be repaired rather than replaced, at a fraction of the cost of a new door.
Car keys & entry
Locked out of your car, lost the only key, or snapped one in the ignition. We open vehicles without damage and cut and program replacement keys at the roadside, usually for far less than a main dealer.

Commercial security
Shops, offices, blocks and managed property. Access control, master key suites, safes, and fire-escape hardware that keeps you compliant as well as secure.
